Once complete will I totally own this site?
Yes, once final payment is made, you will own the site completely.
Do you see the need to get the
logo trademarked?
That's up to you. I would recommend it. I have a good friend
in NYC who specializes in trademarks who can help you.
We use our own servers. We host 90% of our clients sites but you
can host it anywhere you choose.

Do I determine the level of
membership and the price?
Yes you will set the price and features available for each
membership level.
Will I need to get any legal
documents to protect me before launching this site?(This may not be
a question for you)
Only if you want to get setup as a DBA or Corporation, but your
right I would consult someone else if you are not comfortable with
my reply. Most of our clients set it up as a DBA or personal
account.
How will I check/verify the age
of customers before providing them with membership?
A very difficult feature to manage and not integrated into our
system at this time. If you need an age verification feature,
it will have to be offline or through a third party security
company. There are a lot of them out there.
What are some ideals that you
have that have not been used on sites like this?
I always push my clients to focus on a niche, example:
Nationalities, Age, Sports, Sexual Orientation, Hobbies, Geography,
Interests, Education, etc. Its easier to target a smaller
group than it is the global populous.
Can we place a feature for members to
do private phone calls. Example a link where I can click a phone and
it would call the member if they were on-line. Something like the
way yahoo is set up I can just call and talk to them.
We can develop something like this but no its not available
currently. It would have to be through Skype.
Looks like you have a built in
messenger service, can we add a video cam chat as well?
There is a video chat feature with the chat program but it is not
one on one. It will be extra and the monthly hosting fees will
be extra as well, it is very bandwidth intense to host one on one
chat.
No, it’s a part of the chat system but a standalone one on one chat
would be an extra expense. The video chat built into the chat
program is more group oriented than one on one. It works good.
Can I finance it with you and
host the site somewhere else?
We cannot finance the site if you choose to host it
elsewhere because we would have no direct control over it should you
fail to pay. After full payment is made you could move it
anywhere you like, a full backup would be provided to you and we
would move it to the new server for you free of charge. I’m
sure you will find (as 90% of our clients have) that staying with us
is in your best interest. We don’t only provide hosting we
provide support and minor programming adjustments for free to all
our hosted clients sites.
I
have purchased (post pro affiliate), I will have to get a site for
this with inside a login page that then connects to this program,
are you guys able to make this?
We can setup a site for you to support post pro affiliate but we
recommend you use the built in affiliate program we will setup for
you, its part of the package you will get with the premium package.
After reviewing it if you choose not to use it we can always set up
PPA for you at a later time,

have seen on your website that you can market our site as well, can
you give some information about that?
Yes. We do marketing as well
How do I get people to
sign up?
Well that’s always the millionaire dollar question and its not a
simple answer. It takes a lot of marketing both on and offline
to get registered users. There are a lot of way to do it for
free, by posting to Facebook, twitter, MySpace, forums, blogs, going
into chat rooms, etc. but they take time. Lucky for you, I
have a team of people who can do this for you.
I
hear there are some girls that make their living on getting
customers to pay their account on the website? Do you know any way
where to find such ladies?
I do not, sorry. I am sure you can find them doing a google
search.

Does it matter where I register a domain name?
No, you can register your domain name at any domain registration
company of your choice. You do not have to register your domain name
through us. However most of our customers choose to register their
domains through us.
How long does it take to set-up my new
hosting account?
Your hosting account will be set-up within 12 hours. We will notify
you via email once set-up has been completed with full instructions
about your new account. Your welcome email will be mailed to the
mailing address you provided upon sign up.
Do you provide real 24/7 technical
support for my site?
Yes, we provide 24/7 technical support to all clients. All technical
support enquiries are generally answered within 2 hours or less.
Assistance from the support department within 24 hours is
guaranteed. Technical support is provided through our "Support
Ticket System". Our ticket system is support provided by all of our
techs around the globe. This method of support carries the fastest
response times and also provides you and our staff with a detailed
history.

Servers are collocated within a private suite in the world class

Do you support Active Server Pages (ASP), Cold Fusion?
No, our servers are LINUX based and we do not support it. This is
only supported on Windows NT platform. We have chosen the simplicity
and many useful features of using LINUX servers. The wide
availability of scripts supported on LINUX based operating systems
and the ease of use make LINUX systems the choice of all leading web
based companies. We support Perl, PHP, Java etc..
What are your server specifications?
Currently, all web servers are genuine 2GHZ P4 servers running
FreeBSD or LINUX. Each server has at least 1-2 Gig of SDRAM. Servers
are collocated in the world class InterNap (Data Center).
Is a website control panel/site
manager available with my website?
Yes absolutely, but only after full payment is made on all
development work. All hosting packages include a feature rich and
very user friendly control panel/site manager. This is included
which enables you to manage your entire site with ease. You will
also be able to set-up your email accounts, view detailed traffic
statistics, and perform various other admin tasks with the click of
a button. We do not offer you backend access till all
fees are paid on the development work. Why?
If we allowed you access before payments are made in full you could
take the site to another host and we would have no recourse to
collect on monies owed to us.
Depends on the Niche and keywords. Our search engine optimization approach is a flexible process. As new SEO techniques and ideas emerge we add them to our process at logical points so, while the basis of the methodology stays the same, tasks are being added and modified as the SEO landscape changes.
Describe your maintenance and on-going support?
We all always here for consulting via email or a phone call. We develop our sites so they are self manageable by a laymen. Most maintenance can be managed though a web based control panel. If design or development work is desired post development, we charge a nominal hourly fee to do the work.

What is your estimated timeframe to complete such a project (low-high)?
On average it takes 30 to 45 days to fully develop one of our "semi turn-key" dating sites. I say "semi turn-key" because we typically tailor one of our premium designs to a clients requirements. Its the best option for the money. A fully customized website from the ground up could take up to 3 months to fully develop.
If we need additional customization after the site is launched, is that something your company can help with? If so, what is the cost per hour?

What type of security is installed onto the site server to prevent hacking, breaches or DB compromising? What type of security on the server do you recommend? The site is very secure. We are protected from hackers and DDoS attack (UDP flood).
We have an extensive custom firewall rule and large mod_security rulesets protecting our servers. If we do experience heavy flooding, we have our datacenter enable network level flood protection. Our datacenters are all highly secure facilities with restricted access.
Our other security methods and precautions are confidential for obvious reasons.
Is the hosting your own company or a separate company you resell to? I’m trying to understand how you will/will not be involved if we choose to go with the hosting package also. We are the hosting company as well. We have several servers. All our dating sites are on a separate server that is developed specifically for dating and social sites
